We have implemented the following guide for using Mekwitalk. This guide is designed to strike a balance between the wants and needs of our members, and the main goal of our forums, providing a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for the user community at large.
Having fun is good. We like fun. We require all posts to be polite, constructive, and on topic.
Please keep it positive and polite. We may take action against posts and/or topics that could cause unrest in the community beyond a civil and polite disagreement.
Please note that, from time to time, topics may be removed for being inappropriate even though your individual post in that topic may have been perfectly fine. Please do not feel this reflects badly on you.
You may not make personal attacks on other users or moderators.
You may not use profanity. It is unprofessional and offensive and will not be tolerated. We have word filters in place for the most vulgar terms. Circumventing those word filters will result in punitive action.
You may not advertise or promote other companies or their products which may compete with Mekwitalk or Ackee.
If you have an issue concerning our service or policies, please send email to the moderator(s). We take serious complaints to heart and will do our best to address them.
We have the right, but not the obligation, to take any of the following actions in our sole discretion at any time and for any reason without giving you any prior notice:
1. Restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of this service;
2. Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of this service;
3. Refuse, move, or remove any material that you submit to this site for any reason;
4. Refuse, move, or remove any content that is available on this site;
5. Deactivate or delete your accounts and all related information and files in your account;
6. Establish general practices and limits concerning the use of Mekwitalk.
Thanks for making Ackee a part of your day.
